Christ the King in Toronto is looking for their next rector.

The full-time Rector is responsible for equipping Christ the King Anglican Church, Toronto in its ministry. If you are a Christian leader who feels called to vocation in Toronto and are excited by the work of the gospel in this city, this might be for you. You are someone who loves Jesus and is committed to sharing the gospel with others, through joyful and careful teaching of God’s Holy Word, grounded in the hope of Jesus Christ. You prioritize relationship-building and being present with people. You demonstrate good conduct, maturity, and commitment to teaching as outlined in St. Paul’s letters to Timothy and Titus.

In this leadership role, you will guide the parish in its weekly Sunday services. While being committed to the beauty of the Anglican way, you can work charitably with other Christians in a multicultural city and are committed to intentional discipleship and evangelism for those who may not necessarily come from an Anglican background (or Christian, for that matter). You are at a vocational stage where you feel able and excited to lead and join a smaller parish. This role is accountable to the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Canada (ADOC).
