St. John's Vancouver is seeking a Vicar to join their pastoral leadership team. This is a senior pastoral role requiring a person with strong gifts in pastoral leadership, strategic ministry planning, training, team coordination, and a proven commitment to the mission of the gospel.

Working closely with the Rector, the Vicar will provide strategic leadership to the ministry staff, foster a culture of training and leadership development across the church, and share in the preaching and pastoral ministry of the congregation. The successful candidate will be a growing disciple of Jesus Christ, committed to Reformed evangelical Anglicanism, who embraces the vision of St. John's Vancouver and the values of the Anglican Diocese of Canada. The ideal candidate will bring pastoral sensitivity, gospel clarity, and the ability to equip both staff and lay leaders for effective ministry.
