Children’s Ministry Coordinator - Vancouver, BC

St. Peter’s Fireside in Vancouver, BC is looking for a part-time Children’s Ministry Coordinator.

St.Pete’s Kids is a place for kids to encounter God as kids. Where they hear the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord. It is a growing Ministry of St. Peter’s Fireside Church with a weekly attendance of 20-24 kids.

We are looking for a Coordinator who is enthusiastic about discipling children in the way of Jesus, eager to help leaders grow, and joyfully creative in teaching the Bible.

This role involves supporting and developing the children’s ministry serving team, preparing materials for weekly lessons, working alongside the Ministry Director in meeting the vision of SPK and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Additional responsibilities include supporting caregivers and parents in discipling their children and providing resources to facilitate ongoing spiritual development in the home. This is an area where we expect creativity and initiative in responding to the individual challenges that families face.

The Children’s Ministry Director will be expected to participate with the rest of the staff in shaping Sunday morning services and serving as any community member would in our Sunday morning services.
